2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 cup instant dry milk
3 cups flaked coconut
6 z. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat and add water and vanilla. Combine sugar and dry milk and add to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until firm, about 10 min. or so. Melt chocolate. Swirl a little chocolate on top of each piece.
Makes about 36.
