1 lb Ground Turkey
1 T Brown sugar
1 T Sage
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Marjoram
1 tsp Salt
1 T Olive or Canola Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Divide ground meat into 5 balls. Flatten each ball into a patty. Combine sugar and spices in a flat bowl or pie plate. Dredge patties in sugar and spice mixture on both side. Heat oil in fry pan. Add patties and cook over med heat turning twice till no longer pink in the middle.
Serve with applesauce.
