2 cans black beans
2 can chopped tomatoes
2 bunches green onion
1 bunch cilantro finely chopped
4 bell peppers diced
1 avocado diced
1/2 bottle Catalina salad dressing
a dash of garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Drain beans and tomatoes. Combine ingredients. Refrigerate before serving. Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce, as a topping for Cafe Rio style salads or with chips.
