8 oz. artichoke hearts, cooked or canned
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and diced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Place ingredients in the food processor and puree until smooth. Place in a shallow ceramic baker or 10" terra cotta quiche dish. Bake for 30-45 min. or until lightly brown on top. Serve with tortilla chips, baguettes or crackers.
