2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 to 5 tsps. pumpkin spice
4 tbsps. molasses (optional)
6 eggs
2 cups evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 400 for 40 to 45 minutes.

Mix: pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and molasses with mixer. Add eggs and milk blend together.
Pour into 2 unbaked prepared pie shells.

Use heavy whipping cream, whip until it starts to stand up, add 4 to 5 tbsps. of sugar, 1 at a time.
