12 slices bread, crusts removed
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
1 5-oz. jar Kraft Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry mustard
4-6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 c. Special K cereal
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of 13 x 9 dish. Spoon cooked sausage over bread slices. Spoon cheese over sausage and then sprinkle with salt and mustard. Layer with remaining slices of bread. Beat eggs and add milk; mix well and pour over bread. Cover with Special K cereal. Drizzle melted butter over cereal. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove one hour before baking. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
