2 Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crusts
4 c. shredded cheese (sharp cheddar, mozzarella,
monterey jack)
2 small boxes frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper
Dash of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Beat eggs and milk slightly. Add salt, pepper, creole seasoning, cheeses, and broccoli. Pour in prepared pie crusts. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes; then turn temperature down to 325 and continue baking for 20-30 minutes or until center is firm.
