2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 cups cornbread
6 cups toasted bread cubes
1 tsp. sage
2 cups chicken bouillon
1 to 1/2 cups chopped chestnuts
(Optional: cashews)
2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all vegetables, corn bread, bread cubes, seasonings: mix well, then add butter.

Stuff the bird!

What doesn't fit in the bird can be place in a pan to bake, cover with foil or lid, bake for about an hour at 350 before serving.
