3 c drained hominy.
1 c chopped green chiles.
1-1/2 c sour cream.
1 c grated cheese.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients well, reserving 1/4 c of the grated cheese to sprinkle on top. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 325º
