1 pound chicken breast halves, cooked and cooled
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. can green chili peppers
1 can enchilada sauce, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 . Use a food processor or chopper to finely shred chicken meat. Place in medium mixing bowl and stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, chili peppers and cheese; add about 1/4 cup enchilada sauce and stir until well blended. Grease an 8x8 baking dish. Spoon another 1/4 cup (or more if desired) enchilada sauce in the bottom of dish. Place chicken mixture in dish and top with additional sauce to taste. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown around the edges. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
