1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. white cornmeal
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Creole seasoning
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.

In a bowl combine cornmeal, bread crumbs, garlic powder, and Creole seasoning.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Put flour in third bowl.

Dip chicken into flour to coat. Then dip into the egg/milk mixture, and then into the corn meal/bread crumbs.

Place chicken breasts onto a baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook another 10 minutes or until done.
