4 cups cooked rice
1 c diced celery
2 T flour
1 c chopped walnuts ( optional0
2 T chopped green onion
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t season salt
3 cups cooked and shredded chicken (4 Breasts)
2/3 c melted butter
2 eggs
2 c bread crumbs

Sauce
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c milk
1 1/2 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs. Using a large ice cream scoop,shape mixture into balls. Roll in Bread Crumbs. If desired Mounds can be frozen at this point. Bake 425 for 20 minutes or until crisp.

Combine ingredients for sauce, heat and serve over chicken mounds.
