2 pks 1 8 oz, 1 3oz cream cheese (cubed)
1/4 cup butter cubed
3 T water
3 T milk
2 T sugar
6 slices cheese (velveeta) cut in small pieces

Cook on low 4 hours in crock pot- Serves 12
