1 1/2 lbs. halibut steaks
1/4 C. mayonnaise
3/4 C. breadcrumbs
lemon slices dipped in paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Cut steaks away from bone in center, into serving pieces. Cover entirely with mayonnaise. Roll in bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking pan. Bake in pre-heated oven about 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Place on heated serving platter. Garnish with lemon slices.
