4 Chicken breasts or pieces
1 cup white converted rice
1 can french onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Parmesan Cheese
(Optional soups: celery, consemme, or 1/2 cup dry white sherry)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes

Grease casserole dish, very good, butter or shortening.

Pour in rice.
Mix soups together, add some to rice and stir up a bit.

Lay chicken pieces in and cover with remaining soup. Sprinkle Cheese on top, helps to brown.

Bake 60 minutes covered, 30 minutes uncovered.
