3 lbs. ground beef
1 medium to large onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can bread crumbs

Directions:

Bake at 350 uncovered 90 Minutes

Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs.
After all is mixed sprinkle bread crumbs over top and press in, flip meat loaf, sprinkle again. Now work the bread crumbs in a bit and if it still feels too wet, do that process again.

Now form in shape of football in pan. Take ketchup bottle and zigzag drizzle back and forth over top of meat loaf. Your are done!

I usually double the recipe for company and make 2 meatloaves in the same pan, or you can make 2, bake one and freeze one for later, it is just as good later, (don't top with ketchup if you are freezing). Wait until you are baking to add ketchup.
Thaw before baking.
Also, you can freeze the pepper halves for another time too.
