4 large Russett or Idaho potatoes
1 pkg Boursin cheese
butter
milk (if you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes like you do for mashed potatoes. When done, drain and add the boursin cheese. Mash together. Add butter and milk and salt and pepper to taste. Yummy!!

Oh, by the way, I have never made this recipe. I have had it before at a friends who gave the recipe to me. I am planning on making it one day!
