3 Tbsp oil
2 cups copped celery
2 onions chopped
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 14.5 oz) cans of crushed tomatoes
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
1 Tbsp hot pepper sauce
2 # medium shrimp peeled and deveined.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil a large sauce pan and saute celery, onions, and garlic, until veggies are softened.
2. Mix sugar, flour, salt, cayenne,and pepper into sauted veggies. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce, bay leaves and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil and turn down to low.
3. Let mixture simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
4. About 15 minute before serving add shrimp to the pot and stir well. Raise heat to med low till mixtur is bubbling stirring constantly. Remove bay leaves befor serving.
5. Serve over hot rice.
