2 lbs. green beans ends trimmed
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
sea salts and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500. lightly oil a roasting pan, or 1/2 sheet pan. Arrange green beans in single, uncrowded layer on pan. Drizzle oil over the beans and roll until evenly coated. Roast (15-min.) until beans are well browned. Shake pan 1/2 way thru cooking to evenly cook beans. Transfer to serving bowl, and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately.
