8 Medium Potatoes
1/4 of Med onion
3 Stalks of Celery
3 Eggs
Green Olives to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop potatoes into even pieces.Boil Potatoes until fork tender. IMPORTANT. Do not boil to the point where the potatoes crack. when potatoes crack potatoe salad becomes watery. Cool Potatoes. Slice into cubes.

In blender place celery, onion and grind and drain add to potatoes.

Add three hard boiled eggs

Slice and add green olives

Add mayo to taste.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
