1/2 c. sugar
3 Tblsp cocoa
1 1/2 Tblsp cornstarch
dash of salt
1/2 c. water (room temperature)
2 Tblsp butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients in one quart casserole or 2 cup glass measuring cup. Stir in water. Cook in microwave oven for about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir 2 or 3 times during cooking time. Blend in butter. Cook again for 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir halfway through cooking time. Blend in vanilla. Stir thoroughly.
