Crust:
16 Graham Crackers
1/4 Cup of Sugar
1/4 Cup of Melted Butter

Cake:
1 1/2 lbs. of Cream Cheese
1 1/4 Cups of Sugar
3 Eggs
1 Tsp of Vanilla

Topping:
1 Egg White
1 Tsp of Vanilla
1/4 Tsp of Cream of Tarter
1 Pint of Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix together and press in bottom of spring pan. Save a little out to sprinkle on top.

Cake: Cream cheese and sugar. add eggs and vanilla. Beat on med speed for 10 mins., then on high for another 10 mins. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 for 40-45 mins. Take out of oven and cool for 30 mins.

Topping: Beat ingredients for 10 mins. on med. speed, then another 10 on high. Pour on top of the cake, sprinkle with graham crumbs, put back in oven and bake for 20 mins.
