3-4 halibut steaks or fillets
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili pepper
1 T. garlic powder
1 lemon, (1/2 lemon thinly sliced)
1-1 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Place in pan with no stick spray (or Crisco) on bottom. In small bowl combine sour cream, pepper, salt, garlic powder, chili powder and lemon juice from half a lemon. Mix and cover steaks with mixture. Take chopped green onions and spread sparingly on top of sour cream mixture. Bake at 375F 50 minutes - 1 hour. Last ten minutes sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
