3 medium ripe avocados, mashed
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans (10½ oz.) jalapeño bean dip (in Spain I use jar of beans pureed with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt to taste)
1 c. green onion, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
2-3 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mash together avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Combine in separate bowl: sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning; set aside. Spread beans on large platter. Top with avocado mix. Add layer of sour cream mix. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives. Cover with shredded cheese. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
