3 lb. Chuck roast
1 Italian dressing packet
1 can beef broth
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 pkg mozzarella cheese
Sub buns
Pickled banana peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Place Roast, broth and dressing in a crockpot for 7 hours, on low. Add onion and bell pepper, and cook for additional 1 hour. Split buns on cookie sheet and top with cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Top buns with meat, onions and peppers from crockpot. Serve with additional hot or mild banana peppers.
