Garlic
Olive Oil
Green pepper
Celery
Spanish olives
Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Oil & Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins on. When done, cool & peel. Slice round. Fry garlic in oil until brown. Use flat bottom dish. First put layer of potatoes, then chopped green pepper, celery, spanish olives, tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano. Add a little oil & vinegar on top of layer. Repeat until all potatoes are used up. Take garlic out of oil and pour over casserole. Refrigerate.
