4 c. warm water
2 heaping Tablespoons of yeast
1 egg
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 T. salt
2 c. whole-wheat flour
9 c. all-purpose flour (appoximately)


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together the first 7 ingredients. Add wheat flour first, and up to 9 cups of flour. Let rise until double. Punch down and shape into a loaves. Let rise until double again, and bake for 50-60 minutes.
