1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and 1 c. sugar until smooth. Add eggs, bananas and vanilla; mix thoroughly. Stir in sour cream. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt; fold into creamed mixture and set aside. Combine nuts, 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon. Spread half of batter in greased 10-inch loaf pan, sprinkle with nut mixture and add remaining batter. Bake at 350° F for 45 -50 minutes.
