6 medium eggs
1 loaf golden swirl bread, cubed
3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 8oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 in 9x13 greased pan for 50 minutes, or until set and golden on the edges. Serve with warm maple syrup.
