Pork Ribs and Brisket Recipe

Pork ribs
Pork Rub(misc)
Brisket

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rub ribs with rib rub
2. Place in foil lined baking pan..plastic .
3. Add liquid smoke on top of ribs.Cover with plastic wrap and them crimp foil around pan.
4. Place in oven at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
5. Dip in Paul's bbq sauce or sauce of your choice. Place on heated grill and brown on both sides.

Brisket:
1. Rub brisket with rub. Place in baking pan, cover with clear wrap and then foil.
2. Bake at 275 for 6-7 hours.
3. This can be put on grill also or just serve from oven. Add some of Paul's sauce and you have a great meal.
4. A hint: Pour all of liquid(before you add sauce) in a bowl and put in frig for 1 hour. Fat will come to top and you can remove it.Then you have a great juice to add to brisket.
