Cheese Cake Recipe

Crust: 9"
9 " springform pan
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 cup margerine or butter
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon(optional
1/4 cup ground nuts(optional)

4- 8 0z pkg of Cream cheese(Philadelphia is the best)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup of cornstarch or 1/2 cup flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream or heavy cream

Chocolate Marble Filling:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup Heavy cream
Melt in mircowave until smooth

1. Melt butter and mix with crumbs and sugar. If you want the optional add also.
2. Spread crumbs in bottom and up 1 inch on sides of springform pan. Take 2 sheets of foil and put on bottom and bring to top of pan.

1. Place cream cheese in a mixer and add sugar, beat until smooth.
2. Add cornstarch or flour and beat until smooth. Add vanilla and sour cream or heavy cream.
3. Add eggs 1 at a time.
4. Pour into crust and bake in a pan with 1 inch of water.
5. Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hour and turn oven off and leave for 1 hour in the oven.
6. Remove from oven and let set for 1 hour. Place in frig covered for at least 4 hours. Better over night.

If you are making the chocolate marble you add 1 cup of cheesecake mixture to melted chocolate. Place half of mixture in crust and half of chocolate in spoonfuls and swirl. Spoon rest of filling on top and swirl the rest of chocolate mixtue in.
