1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper

1. Mix all ingredients together and rub on meat.
2. I make this 4 or 5 times the amount and store it in an air tight container.
