2 c. Buttermilk pancake mix
1-1/4 c. water
2 T. butter
1-1/4 c. creamy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat a griddle to 375 or use a non-stick frying pan over medium to high heat. Whisk all ingredients together until all the lumps disappear. Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto hot pan and cook 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden. Garnish with nuts and powdered sugar.
