1 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 well beaten eggs
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and peanut butter. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Shape into a roll and chill in refrigerator. Slice and bake at 375 degrees 8 - 10 minutes, or shape into balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with fork in two directions. Bake.
