8 oz. tri-color rotini pasta
4 oz. sharp white cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz. pepperoni, chopped
1 lg. tomato, seeded and chopped
1 sm. red bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. yellow red bell pepper, chopped
3 green onions, sliced thin
1 c. Italian dressing
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta until "al dente" or firm to the bite. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set in fridge to keep cool. In large bowl, combine cheeses, pepperoni, bell peppers and onions. Stir in cooled pasta. Drizzle with Italian dressing and Italian seasoning and stir to coat. Serve immediately, or store in fridge for 1 week.
