1/3 c. sugar
2 egg
1/4 tsp.salt
4 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whipped cream, whipped
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Separate egg yolks for whites (keep the whites). Beat the 1/3 c. sugar with the 2 egg yolks add the salt and milk. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture coates a spoon. Cool. Beat until foamy the 2 egg whites, gradually add the 3 tbsp. sugar continuing to beat until soft peaks form. Add to the chilled milk mixture and add the vanilla and nutmeg. Top with whipped cream. I usually double or triple.
