8oz cream cheese (softened)
1T grated onion (or use dried)
1t horseradish
dash of Worcestershire sauce
4oz Buddig smoked sliced beef or ham

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese, onion, horseradish & Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency.
Separate meat slices.
Lay out 5 slices slightly overlapping on an 18" piece of foil.
Lay out 2 more rows to form a rectangle of meat.
Spread w/ cheese mixture.
Roll up as jelly roll.
Chill, just before serving, slice into 1" slices.
