2 large cream cheese (16oz)
large can crushed pineapple (drained very dry - squeeze)
1c pecans (to use either on top or in ball)
2oz chopped pimento
2T green pepper (if desired)
1T chopped onion (I use dried onion)
1T Lawry's Season Salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, form into a ball, roll in nuts & refrigerate. Wrap ball in waxed paper.
