2 eggs
3/4c brown sugar
1c milk & 1/2c canned milk ( sometimes I just use
1 1/2c whole milk)
Libby's pumpkin (1 1/2c)
1/4t Ginger
1t Cinnamon
1/2t salt
dots of butter for top
pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450 for 15 minutes & then 350 for 40 minutes.
Warm filling in a saucepan.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Slice through filling to see if knife comes out clean. If it does the pie is ready.
