Ingredients:  
1 1/2c sugar
1 1/2c pure cream or half & half
3T butter (for top)
3T flour (rounded)
1 pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450
Blend ingredients well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top and dots of butter (3-4)
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Wiggle pie slightly and if it is set - pie is done.
