Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1c sugar
2T flour (heaping)
2 egg yolks (reserve whites for meringue)
5T lemon juice
1c water
pie shell (baked)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Bake pie shell.
Cook above ingredients until thick & pour into cooled baked pie shell.
Top w/ egg whites beaten w/ 2-3T sugar & dash of salt until stiff peaks form.
Seal meringue to edge of pie shell.
Bake until slightly brown.
