2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients, except the pecans and vanilla to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes or until it reaches 240-250º on candy thermometer or to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add 3 cups pecan halves and 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat until thick, then pour out onto wax paper and separate.
