Ingredients:
2 tubes buttermilk or homestyle biscuits
3 C vegetable oil
powdered sugar
cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil on med/hi setting in a deep pan.
Using a rigid plastic medicine cup, cut holes out of the center of biscuits. Set doughnut "holes" aside. Carefully drop doughnuts into oil. Fry until both sides are a deep golden brown. Remove to paper towel. Let cool. Coat doughnuts with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar. (I put cinnamon sugar in a tupperware dish, snap on the lid, and give it a few good shakes.) Deep fry "holes" last. They will cook very quickly. Coat the same as doughnuts.
