2 C Bisquick
2/3 C milk
1/4 C sugar
1 egg
2 C finely chopped apples
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In deep pan heat 2 cups of vegetable oil on med/hi setting. Mix Bisquick, sugar, milk and egg until well blended. Stir in apples. Ladle into hot oil Deep fry until brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with syrup, if desired.
