3 eggs, separated
2 C milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp brandy extract
1 tsp rum extract
2 C half & half
1/4 C honey
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff then gradually add honey. Add egg yolks, extracts, half & half, and milk. Beat well. Add nutmeg to taste. Top with whipped cream. Makes 1/2 gallon.
