3c chopped potatoes
1c water
1 cube chicken bouillon
1/2c chopped celery
1/2c chopped carrots
1/4c chopped onion
1/2t salt & dash pepper
1 1/2c half & half
1T flour
1/2 lb white American cheese
1/2 lb yellow American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, salt, bouillon cube in a saucepan.
Simmer until done.
Gradually add half half to flour, stirring until well blended.
Add this mixture to first mixture.
Cook until thickened.
Add cheeses
