1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1 head leafy lettuce
1/2 c sugared and toasted almonds
1 large can mandarin oranges
3 green onions, chopped

Dressing:
1/4 c oil
2 t sugar
2 T white vinegar
1 T chopped parsley
1/2 t salt
pepper
1 dash of tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and spin lettuce. Add oranges and green onion. Combine ingredients for dressing in a jar and shake. Toss salad with dressing. Top with nuts.

Toasted nuts: Set out a sheet of wax paper. Put 1/4 cup sugar in a frying pan. Heat sugar until it almost melted. Toss in slivered almonds, quickly toss to coat. Pour out nuts and separate on the wax paper.
