8 oz. noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion (1/2 c.)
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. ketchup or tomato sauce
1 can or jar (2 1/2 oz) sliced mushroom
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles but use half the water and salt as listed on package. Separately cook ground beef, celery and onion in large skillet until meat is browned and onion is tender.  Drain off fat.  Stir in rest of the ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes and serve.  8 servings.
