32oz frozen hash brown potatoes
8oz sour cream
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 onion (chopped)
1/4c melted butter
pepper to taste
2/3c shredded cheddar cheese
herb dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all & sprinkle herb dressing on top w/ 3T butter.
Butter a crock pot.
Cook 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
