1 1/2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. can of tomato sauce
1/4 c. sliced pimento-stuffed large olives
1 onion finely chopped (1/2 c.)
1/2 c. oats
1 egg
1 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly all the ingredients minus half the tomato sauce. Spread into ungreased loaf pan. Spread remaining tomato sauce over the loaf. Bake at 350 F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
